Hello everyone! What are all you awesome people doing?
-
@snowcone No idea, whatsoever... and I'm afraid to ask... whats a waifu?
-
@snowcone I see... Welp, then you are very confused because I have neither a wife nor a waifu...
-
@snowcone Again... neither my wife nor my waifu.
-
@snowcone That would be very innappropriate, seeing as she is dead.
-
@snowcone She isn't actually dead. That would be sad. But something I also think is sad is that people think that it's funny to joke about screwing around with other people's moms, when it's actually happening out in the world, causing just as much hurt as moms being dead.
-
@dropsterdash I think you pretending your mom is dead is worse than someone making a "your mom" joke.
-
@thatoneatomicdoublejuggalobackbreaker I was doing it to prove a point.
-
@dropsterdash Still, I'm pretty sure what you just did to "prove a point" was actually worse than what you were proving a point against.
-
@snowcone Intentions aside, when people make dead parent jokes, people with dead parents get reminded of the hurt that it caused. Same with your mom jokes and people with moms that behave that way. I just think its not funny, and therefore should not be joked about.
-
@thatoneatomicdoublejuggalobackbreaker Now that I look at it, I see that you are right. Sorry @snowcone.
-
@snowcone I take most things seriously, to a fault... But I find jokes about loved ones and sex to be the opposite of funny, and even offensive. It's just that it's a serious matter, and a serious problem in some families.
-
@snowcone Well, Forgive me if I'm brusque, remember that just because you don't find a joke offensive doesn't mean others won't. Trust me, I've applesed off enough people while trying to be a comedian to know.
