                        @redenchilada Mayonnaise is good if you mix it with a really soft cheese, 2:1 cheese:mayo, for sandwiches; or with a lot of lemon for seasoning meat or potatos.

      @snowcone You can also replace the mayo for mustard in the cheese/mayo mix if the sandwich contains chicken or milanesa.
