    In case someone's interested: I reported Chromium was no longer showing the tooltips for showing exact time of a dent via its title attribute - in fact, it was not showing any tooltips AT ALL (not even on tabs). Once the page finished loading, tooltips appear for me again." - now this bug is closed, but it turns out the exact same problem still exists: I found I DID have a tab with a login dialog (password-protected UI for phpDocumentor) waiting for me; once I'd logged in, the tooltips started to work again. !grrr
