        @mushi keeps alternating between not allowing me to post from the update status box and completely removing realtime update so I have to manually refresh to get posts to come in.

                @scoot It had definitely been out for a while by the time I first became a mod. I remember because I had been avoiding installing it and using StatusNet Desktop instead but decided to switch to the web interface when I got promoted. So it probably wasn't more than a few months after the site's launch that it existed.

        @mushi He's caught the Scoot strain of Redenchilada Syndrome, which disables the ability to post from the main page and causes RDN refresh to stop working.
