@awlditzy At my first-ever brony meetup in late December, I spoke to a military brony (the guy who actually organized the meeting) who brought a very important toy with him: a ragged, dirty, scratched up Rainbow Dash with brushable hair. He was stationed in Afghanistan and told us a heartwarming, slightly depressing story about how that toy stayed in the pocket on the arm of his uniform 24/7...and it had seen battle...it had been there when bombs exploded. It was with him every second of the trip, and it was the one thing that pulled him through, made him want to keep going, especially when his friend died in combat. It was a sort of catharsis for him. You, too, need to talk about this stuff in order to break free and move on in some way.

@awlditzy Incorrect. We're all friendly to each other here, because most of us are part of the brony community. We exist to help others in some way, you know. In any way we can. You coming here and laying that on us is never going to be met with resistance. We're gonna talk with you about it. Not only therapists can provide help...Many of us in here can, too, even if it's only to listen.
