@awlditzy there are no baby steps in basic training. Except for when they teach you how to fold your laundry… and tie your shoes… and put on your clothes… okay maybe there are baby steps in basic training.

@mylittlesistercantbethisincestual Ha; see what you did there. (plus it isn't shaping it's destroying and re-shaping)

@awlditzy the best part is when you get to learning about your rifle. Then they talk really slow like you're too dumb to comprehend normal speaking and describe that "This is a rifle. It shoots bullets. The bullets are put in the magazine. The magazine is put in the lower reciever…"

@mylittlesistercantbethisincestual Lol, they do that to you guys too. Most of the guys I was in with for BT, they already knew all that stuff but Promezhicy wasn't going to deviate from the rest of the country just because they got more hunters in the doors than other oblasti.

@awlditzy I find it funny how half a world away. Serving with completely different services fighting completely different battles yet the core experience was exactly the same.

@awesam15 I had the benefit of getting the everlasting crap kicked out of me in Basic Training. Plus I'm naturally skinny.

Yes, exercise is a must. It is also helpful to start eating more nuts and such, because they will boost your metabolism. just make sure there not salted or roasted or anything

@awesam15 that always helps. you also might want to invest in a small trampoline if you are up to it.
