@aftwi I think they ship internationally. If not, find someone who can accept the package and ship it to you.

@aftwi Y'all just fill out the form in the normal way, with your non-american address, and they just post it to you. It takes longer to reach you though.

@pony The entire process pretty much is handled by machine. It doesn't care what address is stamped on the envelope before it goes out anymore than the US postal service does.

@themailmare I think @shred316 has got a point. Us teenagers might get super-mad at somepony, and then forget about it moments later. (sorta...) so, if you just continue with your relationship and friendship as normally, the jelly-friend might get angry, and then, after a while, might miss you/forgive you :) I'm not saying its a 100% rate of succeeding, but... well, it's up to you :)
