The Cabal has arrived.

@vt3c Call social security dude. Seriously. Or the cops, or anything for that matter.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 04:58:32 UTC from web -
@vt3c Except there's places they put mentally ill people. This isn't the first case they've ever heard of
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:00:55 UTC from web -
@vt3c all I'm saying is that there's ways to deal with his mental issues that don't involve him being sent away, obviously.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:04:57 UTC from web -
@vt3c Yes you can. Call social security, they'll come to your house, see all of this, and legally force everyone there to go to therapy/mental institutions.

@vt3c If they're so bad, why do you care if they think you're manipulating them? Save yourself and your sister and do what you need.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:05:58 UTC from web-
@thewaifutyphoon do what you need to do*

@vt3c I dunno what to tell you then if you decline every way to save yourself/your sister.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:07:35 UTC from web -
@vt3c You are declining it though. There's no way to do it without someone getting hurt or upset by it.. You're grasping at straws that don't even exist.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:08:57 UTC from web -
@vt3c The issue is that you're in this weird screwed up guilt trip and refuse to acknowledge that you have to look after yourself, because there's no saving everybody and you've been wronged enough.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:11:20 UTC from web -
@vt3c That's 4 months, and you don't look like you'll last 4 months.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:12:09 UTC from web -
@vt3c it's still worth it to try to get your sister out before she actually succeeds in killing herself. Don't just abandon her.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:13:44 UTC from web-
@thewaifutyphoon I don't think taking his sister with him and getting away from the constant stress and abuse are compatible.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:14:54 UTC from web-
@nerthos How isn't it compatible? And you'd actually advise leaving her there to deal with their parents alone?

@vt3c There's no guarantees that it'll stay that way. For all you know they could easily swap to treating her like bananas after you get out.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:15:13 UTC from web -
@vt3c That's just my opinion on it. Usually people who are lashing out don't just stop once their current target gets out of the way. They swap to the next person they can get their hands on and a lot of the time it gets worse
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:17:28 UTC from web -
@vt3c I didn't know when she did, if it was sometime more current or a while back.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:17:58 UTC from web -
@vt3c That's good. The sooner you have a source of income, the sooner you can get out and keep yourself from getting any worse off, and things /should/ be better for you since it'll be split cost (or I assume since you're going to be living with multiple people). Even if it's just something temporary while you save up more money for something different, just get out as soon as you can safely.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:21:16 UTC from web -
@vt3c I'm glad to hear it. Not the "less time here" bit, but the "getting away from your psycho-ass situation at home" bit.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:23:06 UTC from web -
@vt3c Unless you're insanely lucky, or insanely unlucky, you'll end up having to work until the day that you can retire. That's just now life goes.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:26:34 UTC from web -
@vt3c Eh. Work's usually not that bad. Some days will be worse, but depending on what the job is, it can be satisfying too.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:28:54 UTC from web -
@vt3c That's a good place to start. I'm glad that you'll actually put your A+ certification to good use (unlike me, who can't where I'm at). The A+ test is literally just a crapton of memorization, and you're already way ahead of the curve as it is compared to other people who take it. You're a smart guy and as long as you don't slack off, you'll easily get your cert. Hell, you can even possibly get it halfway through the year. We were given the choice to go ahead and take it if we felt confident, and anyone who passed was allowed to start on their Net+ or Microsoft certification if they wanted to.

@vt3c Cool beans. Just keep your eyes on what lay ahead and remember what you're doing it all for. I have faith in you that you'll do it.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:34:11 UTC from web -
@vt3c Just as Ross says YOURE THE BEST. AROUUUUUND. NOTHINS EVER GONNA KEEP YA DOWWWNN.
Thursday, 03-Jul-14 05:35:47 UTC from web -
@vt3c for a moment I thought you meant a tour guide for the Canada/China border, and I almost took that faith back.
