          @rainbowsdash There's a difference between what /should/ be done and what /can/ be done. Sanctioning that behavior will effectively strangle three of the world's biggest economies.

                  @rainbowsdash It has been done before. Putin is playing for a certain crowd, and that crowd expects him to do what he's doing. The UN pressuring him won't do him any harm.
