@meloetta Animal got wounded at birth or something so it had a big skinless area in the belly. Parents got it to the vet and the vet performed surgery to remove damaged tissue and close the wound. Due to that the dog must be inside in the warm and clean, as opposed to being with the other dogs. It won't stop crying.

@nerthos The animals parents brought the puppy to the vet? As in, the puppy's biological dog parents brought it to the vet, or do you mean its owners?
