    looking at release notes for update of the NAS's operating system - one little improvement that takes a lot of irritation away: a far more eextensive series of special characters allowed in passwords; it also tells me I should back up all data on the NAS but there isn't any yet ;-) except settings, that is (can I back up those?)

      @mk yes, indeed there's a function for backing up system settings, and I can even make a scheduled backup. I could dedicate a little USB flash drive for that. firster: #! #
