     Are there any c++ libs that lets you interact with Gnusocial? or can it be done through 'simple' html/php calls and such?

      depends on what you want to do! here's (1) the !gnusocial API. Also: !friendica is compatible to that API, that's why most of the SN/GS clients also work with few modifications there :-) (1) http://status.net/wiki/Twitter-compatible_API #
