A shot off of Glenwood Park, I like dead trees as a subject for this time of year. http://rainbowdash.net/url/801214

@awlditzy Damn man, that looks APOCALYPTIC. I love the atmosphere in that shot.
-
@northernnarwhal I've been in that kind of mood lately, is why I had to stop and try to capture it.
-
@awlditzy Here's a shot on my bike ride home http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/801218

@northernnarwhal Such greenery! It's great to have such real surroundings on a commute isn't it? Real as in natural, not all buildings and obvious sprawl, unless you count paved paths in that second category.
-
@northernnarwhal it must be nice to see that on a bike ride, must be relaxing.
-
@northernnarwhal I waz expecting more... Moose...
-
@awlditzy Well I mean there's a paved path but give or take I live in a very forested area, LOTS of trees and greenery. When winter rolls around I'll grab a pic of it, the trainquility is breathtaking
-
@rainbowdash3847 Yeah, it's really peaceful. Canada has some nice scenery.
-
@metaltao Oh believe there are mooses here and you don't screw around with them. Mooses are massive.
-
@northernnarwhal Here is somewhat forested but it just presents nice, plus not far away we have the Rice Creek Trail which has a nice patch of Norwegian Pines and birches. Just lovely.
-
@northernnarwhal Hit one with a car, you are likely to die
-
@northernnarwhal your lucky out of the 3 places I've lived in the USA only 1 had scenery like that and it wasn't quite like that
-
@metaltao There's a popular joke in Canada where one guy says "A truck hit a moose the other day" and another guy says "Is the truck okay?"
MetalTao likes this. -
@northernnarwhal XD HAHHAHHA!
-
@northernnarwhal OH MY GOD! Is that glorious!
-
@rainbowdash3847 I've pretty much been in Southern Ontario my whole life, though I spent many summers growing up in Quebec
