My school is blocking tails.boum.org as a "proxy avoidance web site" PUNY NETWORK ADMINS I shall avoid your proxy and access the site any way

The foolish network block outgoing ssh but not port 993 ( and several others ). Run a remote sshd on alternate ports and uses it as a socks proxy.

All network do is make life difficult for legitimate users, but a malicious user can work around. Not that I'm malicious #justsaying
