So who has seen Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Red Dragon?
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:00:45 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas I've seen all of those and read the books for Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:01:06 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal Oh, how did the books fare to you and which one film-wise did you like?
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:01:38 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas In both the films and the books my favourite is Red Dragon. Francis Dolarhyde is an amazing character.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:05:04 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal Same here, and so is Will Graham. His take no murdock attitude with Lecter is what makes Lecter actually interesting. Not just some evil aura.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:06:07 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas Yeah, the dichotomy of their different brands of evil was really well explored too.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:07:48 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal Buffalo Bill was just a nutcase. Dolarhyde, well, just as with Graham you almost felt sorry for him.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:08:25 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas It's really intriguing to watch his character devolve because he can't control his urges, as well as his incredibly passionate obsession with that painting.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:09:56 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal That's right, he did try to fight it too. Plus Edward Norton had to yell, which made the film better.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:11:05 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas Edward Norton yelling is always fun to watch. (See: Fight Club).
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:12:08 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal It's like Samuel L Jackson.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:13:35 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas NOW GET THE papayas TO SLEEP
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:15:32 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal That's why they call me Mr Glass!!
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:15:51 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas I'M TIRED OF THESE MOTHERkiwiING MEMES ON THIS MOTHERbananasING RAINBOW HORSE SITE
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:16:39 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal This will never happen.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:17:02 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas Don't destroy my hopes and dreams

@northernnarwhal From a psychological standpoint, Hannibal is very fascinating, and extremely accurate to how real sociopaths behave.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:11:33 UTC from web-
@derpy128 Or how all the murderers in the series have some sort of trademark or obsession
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:14:04 UTC from web-
@northernnarwhal Exactly. On the other side of that, you have CSI and SVU which over-extrapolate the condition, or just flip to a random page of the DSM and are like, "we should do the next show about that!"
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:16:58 UTC from web-
@derpy128 "Can you enhance that image?"

@saintnichawlas I've seen some of Hannibal. Actually REALLY wanted to watch the trilogy as of late
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:01:30 UTC from web-
@mastertdi They're good, at least both of the others are better than Hannibal.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:02:10 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas I wish I was more inclined to watch movies regularly. Only reason I've seen a fraction of Hannibal is because my friend Ella wrote her Film essay about it
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:04:09 UTC from web-
@mastertdi I like the scenes with the Sardinians. So very Italian cinema typical.
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:05:16 UTC from web-
@saintnichawlas I saw the part where Hannibal
Saturday, 13-Dec-14 22:05:39 UTC from web-
@mastertdi Not even Ray Liotta could make that anything but laughable.
