     @mastertdi It's entirely luck based, with all the luck in the world you can catch it undamaged with a single regular Pokeball (Sources: I caught Rayquaza like this in Emerald as a fluke), just keep trying.

     @scoot Yeah I caught Rayquaza at full health in one shot. I've thrown like 200 at this guy so far
