@hayseed otaku (in case you weren't aware) are fans of japanese animation (the word means fanatic in Japanese). Otaku culture often uses the term fan service to refer to saucy stuff that gets put into anime just to please the fans. I like the play on words this makes with pics like the one I just dashed. xD
