  1. The other thing is cars mean manufacturing plants, dealerships, repair shops (and tuneups), parts, engineers, designers, and a lot of other jobs. And jobs means commerce, and this keeps money in movement in an economized system. Horses are an incredibly specialized field and create a system that only perpetuates a wage gap. Horses are much more damaging to the bigger picture.

      1. @caret7 The problem is it's still a specialized industry. A car market also affects markets in oil, metal, rubber, electronics, and many others, ALL of which have their own worker units.
