My DA page is very close to 5,000 page views and I've only had it a year. I'm blown away by this when I have some friends with better art who took 5+ years to get to where I'm at.

@tiffany I kind of self-advertise a lot by submitting my work to groups on DA religiously. Also, EQD has brought me a ton of viewers 'cause I submit my work to them. I think I have like 80 or 90 Watchers now because of it.

@rednorth No I mean, I have submitted my work to the EQD SITE and had it featured like 3 or 4 times. Dude, that gets you so many views you wouldn't even believe it. I woke up the next morning to like 50+ feedback messages on the first one and that kept going for like a week.

@rednorth I'm a member of like 8 or 9 DA groups already. XD Plus, I mostly do a lot of niche work (like OCs) nowadays. I don't do what I do to get popular.

@rednorth I draw OCs for people I meet whenever they inspire me or their OC's story inspires me. You kinda did both so, yeah.

@clayinthecarpet great to hear! i like to draw for free but on DA i do charge a small sum currently for a fundraiser my family is doing. i do free work whenever i can though ;)

@rednorth XD No, I'm not a stalker. I am pretty egotistical, all truths be told. If I think your character rocks, I'll tap into your feelings about them and create an artwork for it just because I appreciate the depth of your thought process or your specific character. I do that on RDN a lot, actually.
