@nerthos yeah, when he learned that he had lost the elections in the first turn all the public sectors stopped working 2 or 3 times a month due to not being paid, and the tons of overfactured constructions (the brasília stadium for the world cup was the most expensive stadium in the world) and stuff like this. And whenever he was asked why there was so much money missing he only said that it was normal that the money runs out in the end of the mandates. Whe fleed to maiami in right away when his mandate was over
