i'm up since 10 am from yesterday. why am i not sleepy? i'm always sleepy....

@mushi Oh, so around 41 hours awake then? That is actually a considerable amount, though it's not impossible. I've personally stayed awake for longer in the past.

@northernnarwhal there are people who do it pretty easily, but i get sleepy real easily, and all i wanted today was to go home and sleep, but now that it is late night i cant sleep

@northernnarwhal yeah, today (that is actually) yesterday was a pretty weird day, maybe that is just to crown it all

@mushi Despite currently being on break I've been pretty consistent with my sleep schedule lately.

@northernnarwhal since i pretty much didnt have classes at 8 am last semester, my sleep schedule got destroyed

@mushi Yeah, last summer I'd pretty much just stay up all night every night then go to bed around 8 or 9 am. It took a few days to really reset my circadian rhythm when school started back up.

@northernnarwhal well, i will only have class early in the fridays and maybe in the saturdays, but i need to go the the lab in the others days, so i will need to get my sleep schedule back

@mushi I still have class every weekday but my first period is a spare so my first class doesn't start until around 9:30 am, and since the weather outside is starting to improve I can start biking to school again instead of taking public transit.

@northernnarwhal well, when my class start at 10am i need o leave home ar 8am to get there in time. I wish i could go biking to the campus, it would be a lot better

@mushi Since class starts at 9:30 I usually leave to bike to school at around 9 so I get to school with a few minutes to spare if I need to get anything from my locker (and also just as a margin of error).

@northernnarwhal oh, we dnt have lockers. I could leave my stuff in the lab, though, if i trusted that place

@mushi I know once I enter audio engineering school in September it'll pretty much be me taking the bus there every day with my laptop and going home with it every night. Though there will be books for the course too there isn't going to be a lot of strictly written work, but I'll be incredibly busy regardless.

@northernnarwhal Audo Engineering eh? I have a buddy who went to school for that way back in the day, he got to mix an album for rush for a project.

@northernnarwhal Oh nice, I believe he went to school in Ohio, Im not sure why rush was all the way down there, but it made for a pretty cool story. Are you excited to start your audio engineering journey?

@archon Actually yeah, it's something I'm really interested in and the school I'm going to has been ranked the best of its kind in all of Canada.

@northernnarwhal Ive been here and there for the past couple years, checking in randomly just to see what everyones up to, but never saying anything. Not really sure why though.

@schwarzen The community's definitely evolved a lot in the past few years. As you can at this point it's really only an MLP site in name, actual discussion about the show here is sparse and short.

@northernnarwhal When I first joined I didnt really know anyone with similar interests, but since then Ive made some good friends, started college, been working. Fun, time consuming stuff.

@northernnarwhal I havent watched the show since 2013, I just kinda lost interest in it all, and moved on.

@schwarzen Yeah when I first joined I was pretty awkward and maladjusted. My logon schedule was pretty sporadic and I'd only really come on every now and then to talk to a few people, but I've since been coming on a lot more frequently the past year or so and now I'm a bonafide regular myself (heck, if you've been lurking here you've probably seen me). I too haven't watched the show since 2013, and for the same reasons.

@northernnarwhal Awkward and maladjusted pretty much describes me when I first joined aswell, although I was pretty socially deprived myself. And I remember you, and a handfull of others.

@schwarzen Yes, it is indeed Shinobu. And for what it's worth I've seen a lot of people come and go from this site, it's reasonable to think I might lose track of a few I've only seen in passing. Glad to have you back anyway, you seem cool and you know Madoka Magica as well as Monogatari so you've already earned brownie points with me.
