        @tiffany Since they expanded all throughout the Eurasian steppe, many different things. Meat isn't a big part of dishes in the southern parts where crops can more easily grow but is in the norther parts.

            @tiffany Mostly choral, overtone singing due to a huge amount of Samoyedic and Mongolic influence in early forms of music. As they came in contact with the Persians they took a liking to string instruments, particularly of the saz family. Nowadays it's a vast mix of cultural sounds that one could hear anything in.

                @tiffany Holding territory that reached from the Caspian to Lake Baikal for centuries. Having impact on the history of all Central Asia. Housing a very old 'religion' still close to heart, their tremendous skills in metallurgy.

                    @tiffany In the current timeline they're in revolt and attempting to drive a foreign force that's been in their country for centuries, out. So not well at all.

                        @tiffany Not very well as the country that holds them is so much larger, but international outcry may work in their favour. Plus the nationalist spirit is only being driven further into fervor because of it. Times are a changing.

                            @tiffany Elya Ertor, he was the first president of a short-lived independent state, well known for being a great diplomat as well as an activist for his people's rights. Metrase Ankriz, she was a great commander of a militia that met a good end fighting against the eventual takeover of a city in which they were outmanned 50 to 1. Pera Kowtzen, current head of a militia fighting to keep control of the capital city. A people known for their reverence of combatants in case you couldn't already tell.
