      @repeat Really, though, I always thought "Dead Bart" was a really unoriginal title for a fake episode of a series.

          @repeat By "video evidence" you mean "spliced footage of old Simpsons episodes."

            @jakefromstatefarm Kind of. The animation that was used in the "old episodes" were used for dead bart, but edited and used for these episodes. This is just what it was speciulated to look like.

              @repeat Well, think about it sensibly, I understand The Simpsons is not not aired in chronological order, but why would this be a Season 1 episode? Unless they knew they we're going to continue the series, (or end it right there) why would they make it? Plus, it's an oddity. The Simpsons has always been a generally light-hearted series. I just don't understand why it would exist. Unless it's like Rude Removal, I guess.
