      @metaltao It's a Eureka, it's "an" when it's a vowel sound, not necessarily a vowel. Same reason it's "an hour"

        @zazie "Hour" is one of the few English words I know that adheres to the French method of pronouncing a word with an h followed by a vowel. For example, in French the word "hôtel" would be pronounced "oh-tell".
