@queenchrysalis @renovatedkitchen I can relate to you, for the depression/joy-part, but the imagery, I can't really relate to. I think.

@queenchrysalis my episodes of depression last for a long time. My brain works magic when it wants me to be insulted, and if you had vivid images of causing harm to yourself and other people, it gives you good grounds to not want life and be scared of yourself I find.

@queenchrysalis don't think I would see a doctor unless I wanted to score some anti depressants. I would always have a point in my day where I would have to just sit and freeze myself because if I moved, I was afraid that I would cause harm to myself

@queenchrysalis #hugs. Oh yeah. So many times I've wanted to gouge my eyes or drink a bunch of antifreeze or inhale some random spray. And when I say hurt others, I mean (would imagine this vividly) I would be sitting in class and I would imagine taking my pencil and stabbing someone next to me, then then next, then someone who wants to try to fight me to get me to stop....blah blah. Or of I was talking to one person, I would imagine beating them past their death.

@queenchrysalis ya. And that's where I think I encouraged it. Like I said. It's by luck that I'm alive.

@queenchrysalis I'm sorry to hear that :( it really sucks when you see it so vividly. And after, I would always find myself breathing quickly and gripping my fists or whatever I imagined was my weapon. Scary stuff.
