    It's saddening how surprisingly few venues around here would fill a canteen with tap if you ask.

      @awlelwa i would keep two canteens. one with water and the other with cat urine. if they refuse to fill my canteen then i will pour the cat pee all over their store and leg it.
      THAT WILL TEACH THEM!
