@hannes2peer if a new user accidentally sets their acct to #private, nothing in !qvitter seems to tell them there are subscription requests

@hannes2peer imho asking for confimation is better than disabling the 2 privacy settings. I know at least 2 ppl who use them on purpose

@hannes2peer maybe !qvitter / !gnusocial should ask 4 confirmation for the #private setting, esp. as private is notyet supported via Ostatus
