@redenchilada Are your parents little children? Didn't they forgot to pay some bills lately? How can they manage to take care for a puppy? Not to mention that a pet costs a lot (food, medical care, taxes, insurance, and time).

@skellythos Here you have to pay taxes on dogs.

@skellythos Yeah. In most cities here are fines for whenever someone gets caught not picking up the dog kiwi and not throwing it into the trash.

@adiwan Oh, yeah, that exists here too in the capital and other ultra-urban areas. Honestly I'm not concerned by that, I just think dogs are a dangerous and annoying animal and should be more regulated.

@skellythos In most areas here there is a regulation for "fighting dogs". It means that dogs of a certain breed or height have to wear a muzzle at all times when being outside in the public.
