      @tiffany As a person? Nothing really comes to mind. As a writer? I personally find his prose a tad too affluent and his dialogue comes off as heavy handed. I also wish his characters would act more their age. He's not a terrible writer though, he has a great understanding of pacing and dramatic structure and is generally thorough in the themes he explores.

                  @tiffany Yeah he never deliberately goes out of his way to offend anyone. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, he just happens to have an audience, some of which will apparently scrutinize him every chance they get.
