@tiffany David Bowie always seemed pretty willing to embrace new technology, which doesn't surprise me considering how much he would embrace new styles of music too.

@tiffany If you've got a solid 16 minutes to kill, this interview with him is really amazing https://youtu.be/FiK7s_0tGsg Among other things he talks about artistic muses, the evolving state of the music industry, and later in he makes some really insightful observations on the internet (considering how the interview took place in 99).

@bashrc He did. He had a subscription based ISP he'd started around a year prior to that interview.

@northernnarwhal @bashrc yeah I seem to remember it. I was never really a big Bowie fan though, so didn't pay much attention.

@bashrc I was pretty young at the time, but I've been a huge fan of David Bowie for a while now so I became aware of little stuff like that.

@bashrc Ah yeah, I've heard about this but haven't actually played this myself. I'm more familiar with his work in music and film.
