@yodelerty Both the saying mean things about yourself part and the watching other people say mean things about themselves part, and neither are ideal.

@yodelerty Like, self criticism and growth is one thing, but grappling with when that instead simply becomes self laceration is kind of difficult. Likewise in the opposite direction too, I think it's important to love yourself but not to the point of arrogance, which is a tough line to draw.
