@greydragon412 Horse_ebooks is, essentially, a spam account. But to try and hide that, most of its posts are algorithmically-generated text. A lot of this generated text ended up being funny, to the point it has significantly more followers than lots of real twitterers.

@greydragon412 It repeats twitter's horse_ebooks. It's silenced so that its posts can only reach the public timeline if redashed, limiting the number of useless (i.e., just random, rather than random and ends up funny) ones that make it there.

@greydragon412 It's a bot that repeats random phrases from it's ebooks. It tries to avoid spam filters by changing words and stuff, thus making funny phrases.

@greydragon412 Pretty much, yeah. If you look at its timeline, you'll notice ~1/8th of its posts have links. Those are the real spam posts, the rest (without links) are the random text.
