    1. Depends on what constitutes racism. It's generally understood to be "negative discrimination against a person on the basis of racial grouping." Which is indeed free speech, even if its inappropriate and uncivilized. I don't know where you live, but I suspect that (as in the United States) an individual being racist is not against the law. (Organizations, businesses, and corporations may be held to different standards, but none of those are people.)

      Racism can also incorrectly be used to refer to "ideas expressed that are unfavorable to a group." Quitter is welcome to use this definition, but it's not what most people understand it to mean, so this should be made _very_ clear to users before (and after) signing up.
