  1. Today's D&D session was cool. We went into a cult's lair in a mine, bluffed in as members of the cult (we had a signature amulet of the cult), killed their master (a half-realized litch), flooded the mine with tar, the wizard disguised as the new host of the litch, went out of the mine, the tar killed everyone in there.

      1. @critialcloudkicker They were a necromantistic cult. They used the necromantic spirit of their master lich to gather slaves for the cult and used their souls to revive their lich master. The body of the lich was once thrown into a big tar pit next to a gold mine. There was a connection from the tar pit to the gold mine but was sealed off by a magic crystal. During the fight with the lich the crystal broke and then, like all liquids, want to create equal pressure on both sides, like in a U tube.
