RDN, why does my right foot ache so bad

@tiffany There are multiple reasons why this could be occurring, but I can't really think of what could cause it just from knowing your foot is sore. Is it just sore, or is there swelling and/or redness?

@narwhal nope. it only hurts around my ankle when I put pressure on it (i.e. when I walk)

@tiffany Don't take me my word for it as I'm not a medical professional or anything, but it sounds like it could be muscle strain. Resting it should help, though also soaking it in warm water could help if you're up for that.
