@purplephish20 Ponies can't give birth laying down. This kills the foal.

@ceruleanspark How mare get pregnant?
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:09:51 UTC from web -
@ceruleanspark You know too much things I actually don't want to know... >_>
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:13:41 UTC from web-
@omni I work with a guy who breeds horses. I know more than I ever wanted or needed to know about equine reproduction.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:15:42 UTC from web-
@ceruleanspark Things you never thought people would use in fanfiction :P
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:17:22 UTC from web -
@ceruleanspark And I didn't want to know that either ._.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:18:22 UTC from web-
@omni You don't know "not wanting to know" until you've sat and listened to a graphic phone call about about aborting a foal. Did I mention I hate my job.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:19:16 UTC from web-
@ceruleanspark Can I have your job? That sounds funny.

@nerthos The more I know you, the more I truly think you are a psychopath. Not the hollywood version but the actual personality disorder.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:20:53 UTC from web-
@hakupony That's not far from thruth. One of the reasons I have a strict code of honour and morallity is to keep my behavior in check. Without that code, considering my abilities, disregard for emotions and lack of classical remorse, I would be far more dangerous and chaotic than most of the population of the planet. I would go around manipulating and discarding everyone for profit, without them even noticing. Kind of like a Hannibal Lecter, but whitout ever engaging in illegal activities. Ï would ruin more lifes than war.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:37:04 UTC from web-
@nerthos I think you are the first one I talk to. Your self describtion really fits the textbook - well, I don't mind, it's just good to know occasionally.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:39:16 UTC from web-
@hakupony Meh, it's only a bad thing if the psychopath has bad intentions. People usually fear them because they're not bound by any of the restrictions the rest of the world has. It's actually not a deffect, but an advantage. It lets you walk free instead of on rails. You're only bound by laws and your own morals.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:45:08 UTC from web-
@nerthos I'd say that it is a great thing to help someone and feel good because they feel good.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:47:33 UTC from web-
@hakupony In fact, it doesn't work that way. If your objective is to help others, you feel good because you accomplished something, succefully performed, and in a way won, not because the other person feels good.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:51:55 UTC from web-
@nerthos Well - I have both - even though I understand how you see it as a gift. But normaility (especially if it is about ersonality) is defined by the majority.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:55:06 UTC from web-
@hakupony Yeah. But it was also defined by the majority that the earth was the center of the universe. It's the same kind of scenario as Asimov's "people can stand an immortal robot, but not an immortal man", people will always say and or believe it's a bad thing, because otherwise they would feel inferior.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:57:21 UTC from web-
@nerthos I just wanted to say that it does not mean that "normality" is better as a disorder.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 23:00:04 UTC from web-
@hakupony Oh well, your post was confusing. I'll just blame it on wording.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 23:01:01 UTC from web-
@nerthos I take pride in being confusing :P

@ceruleanspark What the heck is your job?
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:21:40 UTC from web-
@eaglehooves IT. I just share my office with some other guy because our building isn't very big.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:22:40 UTC from web-
@ceruleanspark That's what I thought. I was seriously wondering what that had to do with computers.
Thursday, 21-Jun-12 22:23:28 UTC from web-
@eaglehooves Actually. Scratch that. I just remembered some of the conversations I had at my last job.
