      @armistace I've had some issues with PHP 7 on my own instance. Ended up just moving back to 5.6.

      @armistace you have to click remote follow on /their/ server, it then brings you to a field for you to put your server and handle. lastly it'll redirect to your server for a confirmation

      @armistace mine was broken for a long time. gnusocial is pretty buggy and also every instance has to realize yours is there.

      i think its just a matter of time. i saw some people in completely different gnusocial communities that also had this issue with new instances.
