@carcinopony I see... And she's... nice? @starshine Oh... Well, that happens to me too. I look at fanart and I'm like "Wow, this is awesome! Wish I could draw like that!" so I get inspired and start drawing, and then ending up with a failure compared to the fanart I was looking at. I usually don't let it get to me, though. Everypony has to practice, and those who make the really impressive fanart, have probably practiced for years.

But still, some people have an easier time learning stuff like that. There's always gonna be someone who's better, or a quicker learner or whatever, but that's no reason to just give up. That's how I see it, anyway.

I mean, is it gonna be big like the train to Apploosa, or really tiny? @ignaesia Yeah, I think I should probably do those too, just for practice. I find it easier sometimes to come up with ideas when I have a few boundaries. Otherwise I usually just give up after a few minutes, or go copy someone else's art.

@ignaesia In that case, that's really good! Guessing the daily EqD challenges are good for practice, eh? :P I drew Rainbow Dash jumping for day 2, but it wasn't featured, so I don't really feel like sending in more. Not right now, anyway. Too busy drawing for something else.

@abigpony Yeah, I'm not really mad about it or anything. I understand if a picture gets lost among hundreds of others, but it was kind of a buzz kill. Worked really hard on it, turned it in in time, went to bed, and it wasn't even featured. When I'm done with the project I'm working on, I'm thinking of doing like somepony else had done, and throw all the challenges into one drawing.
