                @pony You could use the web client if you don't want to install anything, or you could install bitlbee and an IRC client if you don't want the AIM client slowing your computer back down.

                    @pony The lightest clients aren't really available on Windows. weechat and bitlbee are what I use, very lightweight but weechat isn't available for Windows.
