@artisia @lyrica hehe! I'm a fan of cute anime much like I love the PPG and MLP. Recently I took an interest in Squid Girl (Ikamusume). I would absolutely love that! @artisia Mmh... I did not watch much of the anime but I own the first nine mangas of it. I even had kind of a crush for Shaoran (I easily develop crushes to people who don't exist :P )

@hakupony I do love Lucky Star. That suits myu interests quite well, though I have yet to finish waching the series. @artisia Yay! I think my favorite CMC is Sweetie Belle, but they're all so adorable! @lyrica Oh I loved Sailor Moon! I still haven't gotten around to watching Pretty Cure! I LOVE Shugo Chara, but my wife is making me watch it with her so I haven't completed it yet. Also, pretty much any magical girl anime is awesome imo (CSS etc). @pony I'm not surrised. I personally liked Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu more - because of the mind screw cosmology - I really like such things which is one of the reasons I love JRPGs. :D

@hakupony Oh the screwiest anime I've ever seen is Serial Experiments Lain. I love that series. Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu sounds very familiar. *checks* ah yes. I like that one a lot too. I felt like it had an abrupt ending. Maybe there was more I didn't know about.

@pony I read it was an anime adaption of a series of visual novels. Still, what I saw really intrigued me. My current mind screw source are the Shin Megami Tensai games I own. Those games are WEIRD but awesome.

@pony Serial Experiments Lain is probably the second most "what just happened?" thing I've ever watched (in a good way).

@lyrica The original ending, yes. The film ending is more "well, s___" than actually confusing.

@lyrica But yeah, NGE is one of the other two that make up my trifecta of anime mindscrew (which only includes those I have watched, so there may be more deserving ones out there).
