@woona man, i dont want to tell you what to do. but, you know, when i was in a studying rush, studying for at least 14 hours a day, i was so foccused in my studies that i had forgoten about futile things like drinking water. but i only realised i had a problem when i had to go to the hospital from dehydration.... i mean, we only realise there is something wrong when it gets really serious

@woona please.... I really am worried about this and you might be annorexic, please ask a pro if what you eat is ok. And when you DO eat, what do you have? Meals? Or snacks?

@woona That's really not it at all though, the body fails slowly when it's not getting enough nutrients. The damage you're doing to it now you're not going to really feel for several years, and when you finally do it's not going to be something you can fix.

@woona And the more you will eat; you will literally expand your stomach, so you naturally feel more of an appetite more often.
