So, uh, can we please not just assume that every new registrant is a ban evasion? There are real new people who register on this site too.

@redenchilada I can't say I've seen any of that, but I don't watch public either. I also feel like our definitions of that differ greatly.

@toksyuryel I don't want people calling others out for ban evasion without concrete proof. "He acts suspicious" is not concrete proof.

@redenchilada How else do you report someone? The mods have already made it clear they ignore flagging (which I think has even been disabled now).
