    I used to lowkey call myself anti-monarchy (in the sense that while I understand why we need a monarchy, I wish we didn't) but I don't wanna be associated with actual anti-monarchists lol

      @tiffany is that a movement in England and/or Wales? I've always associated anti-monarchist, at least in a modern setting, with Irish republicanism.

                @awl One of the pro-Brexit arguments I heard was the claim that since joining the EU 40 years ago was such a big, unwelcome change, we should leave again. You know, to undo the big, unwelcome change.
