      @roygbiv Yeah, a "functional cure" the US FDA wont approve for reasons that wont make sense to anyone with a functioning brain cell...

        @colfax it's because the procedure involves a bone marrow transplant from a person that is immune to HIV/AIDS, which is only about 1% of the caucasian population. bone marrow transplants are difficult and sometimes fatal. also, that 1% would get hella rich off of selling their bone marrow.
