    @ninjabuttocks @moonman I've spoken on it for a few hours at a time before without running down the battery so there's that.  One thing I like about android in general is it's really easy to kill apps that eat the battery and the battery readout gives you a good idea where the power's going if you do have abnormally-fast draining batteries.

      @maiyannah My J7 can go on for like 10 hours as video player and several dozen as music player. Calls take almost no battery either. Only way to eat through the battery really is games or the like. And to be used solely as a phone it has an ultra-saving mode that lasts several days. When I had no internet for a while I remember the phone (being in normal mode) going through half the battery in three days.
