well there went the night. xP I basically just spent 4 hours helping my coworker with his resume. *sigh* I guess I've earned some feel-good points, but I missed working on my Soulshine sprite.

@marsh I'm so spoiled.. I should get a better paying job that doesn't make me feel like the majority of my shift ought to be "me time." Dumb lazy night shifts.. I'd do this my whole life if i could afford to.

@marsh ah highschool.. back when I got a measly $20 per week. Now I get a mind-boggling -$100 per week.

@pony Nope, jobless atm. I use to work for a media company a year or so ago. 15$/h full time+weekends sometimes. Brought home like 315$/week :/

@minti that does sound awesome! that's better than what I get paid, but the cost of living out here is lower than average so idk.. When I no longer have to worry about school, maybe I'll pick up a job that can support me

@pony Cost of living is pretty low here too. Don't know exact numbers but, we're able to live here so it has to be low. XD

@minti Then you must have some marketable skill/experience that I don't or am unwilling to er.. market. Life would be easier if I liked programming enough to do it. xP Maybe in the future.

@pony XD Sadly, I get no money from programming. The odd money I do come across is from fixing computers, we run a mini-computer repair service in our small town. Get like, 1 customer every week. :/

@pony @minti It was a fun job too, got to basically do what I do now. XD But it was a 6 month contract so, after 6 months I was let go and now I miss the job cause it was awesome. :(

@marsh well.. if I eat conservatively, factoring in rent and consumer debt interest, I basically have $100 less than what I need to pay my bills each month. Hopefully that will change now that I'm watching expenses more closely, but hope alone rarely changes things.

@marsh yus. I hate taking money from my mother, no matter how willingly she gives it. It wasn't entirely my fault for falling behind on bills though.. I had to give up a month's pay to visit family when my wife's grandmother died..
