@theawesomepony Chocolate works too. A pony is not to be picky about gifted cupcakes.
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:12:47 UTC from web-
@drewdle ok but would you like me to whip up a lemon cupcake?
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:15:46 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-

@1greg1 oh ok do u own a mac
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:09:26 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@theawesomepony I have a Mac and a PC, right next to eachother... I use the PC a lot more than the Mac, though.
-
@1greg1 i like mac and pc for their specialities mostly because mac is good for music and musicians and pc is better for gaming and other stuff. here's a fun fact did you know that apple was the first company to have a computer with a mouse and they also were the first to have icons for progams also and pc or the ibm's only had a keyboard and monitor with no mouse and how you accessed programs was typing in commands. i just thought i share this with you .

@theawesomepony Apple just now started making two-button mice for Macs.
-
@redenchilada when do you mean just started ? do u mean they started this year
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:16:33 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@theawesomepony I know it was a fairly recent thing. No more than a couple of years.
-
@redenchilada oh ok why did they take so many years to come up with a mouse with 2 buttons

@redenchilada I have a two-button mouse for my Mac that is about 2-3 years old... They didn't JUST start making 2 button mouses
-
-
@theawesomepony I know a ton about computer history... So I already knew that.... Sometimes I still use operating systems that only have a terminal window with no mouse/icons (Ubuntu Server)
-
@1greg1 oh ok well wasnt that a fun fact
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:18:20 UTC from StatusNet iPhone-
@theawesomepony yeah

@starshine i guess
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:07:56 UTC from StatusNet iPhone -
@starshine Apple overprices everything... Used to be a total fanboy until I bought a computer that was the same price as my Mac, but 2x ALL of the Macs components...
-
@1greg1 Pay more, get less... but it has a trendy logo on it.
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:10:18 UTC from web-
@starshine yup

@1greg1 Had the exact same experience. I built a PC after five years of being a Mac head, and suddenly realized what I'd given up. Macs are great, I say use what you like, but I decided the value proposition sucked.
Tuesday, 07-Jun-11 16:10:59 UTC from web-
@drewdle I built my computer too!
