  1. What does it mean to "schedule around your hours" if I work a 9-5 job? I thought it means an off-hours interview.

    1. Is the interview thing work related? Then (me, working for public sector which has to do everything by the book) you should be able to take time off at another time id you're doing it off-hours. In agreement with your boss exactly which hours are switched. Or get extra pay for the extra hours.

      But I can't answer what exactly "schedule around your hours" means, maybe some context would help.
