          @redenchilada So, should he be unbanned in that case? Cause if not, this is quite obviously ban evasion (also how was he able to register an account, it should have ip-banned him..)

            @minti I suppose so. Some day we're going to need to keep a private database of ban reasons for every account and mandate its use so we won't have confusions like this.

              @redenchilada It's simpler to just @-reply them with the reason they're banned. I usually check replies when someone is banned anyway to see why.
