Who else has a horrid habit of biting their nails? I have no nails now because of it.

@nixter Horrid? It's the most enjoyable habit besides nose-picking that there seems to be in recent time.

@celestiaforequestria I bite 'till I bleed, and more. And I'm very anxious and skittish you could say, I also crack my knuckles and fingers alot, too.

@nixter I do, but I have a manicure covered in nasty-tasting nail polish and that keeps it under control.

@nlghtmaremoon I LOVE pulling out the skin, it makes it bleed, though. :/

@nixter I try not to bleed, as it is painful... Docs say its OCD related, and is part of the Whole "Tourette's thing" Which is a whole different problem.

@nerthos Mine are the same way. And I swear they grow twice as fast as anyone else's.

@redenchilada Mine don't grow particularly fast, but they don't usually break either, so they're usually 1cm long.

@nixter It was More of a problem as a kid. As I got older, people seem to care less what you, and your face is doing. The tics have also gotten a lot milder over the years. Usually tics come, and go but the "eye blinking" has been persistent.

@nlghtmaremoon That's good, that's good. Is it possible that it'll ever go away through strong willpower or is it just not possible?

@nixter There controllable, but If I am not actively trying to they just happen. Esp when I am under stress, or nervous.

@nixter I'm guess the same applies to your nail biting? For me it happens all the time, regardless of anything.
